Paul and DianeWe are a mature, fun loving couple with a long background working-in and managing chalets in Europe - our accent is on generosity and care.

Diane is a qualified chef with many years experience caring for a discerning clientele in France, Switzerland, Spain and UK. We purchase free range where available and presentation is a "wow" factor!

The interesting, contemporary cuisine that includes a wide selection of canapés and petits fours, and spans many cultures, can be matched from a list of quality regional wine.

We look after every detail such as flower and table decoration, table napkins, and a smiling service at all times.

Selection, training and monitoring of staff is part of our winter chalet management programme and is aimed at maintaining beautiful homes in first class condition.

Marketing, bookkeeping, supervising repairs, complement and complete the management package, allowing an owner to be free of the daily care of chalet ownership.
