Diane has worked as a chef in the Alps for many years catering in luxury chalets at the highest standards for a discerning clientele. She began with a diploma at catering college in the UK in 1983; worked her apprenticeship through a bakery, restaurants and second chef at a hotel in a bustling harbour town on the Isle of Wight. This was followed on the island by the head chef position of a bistro and delicatessen business.
Diane has the experience of a wide variety of cuisines and is passionate about cooking. She has a reputation for unrivalled care of her guests.
Paul, who gave up a city career for a more carefree lifestyle, was five years hands-on in his restaurant/deli business before being attracted to France and the Alps. He has managed chalets for an acknowledged leader of the luxury chalet market. Paul has an interest in cheese and of Alpine history, flora and fauna.
